4 505 sailors are amongst the crew racing across the Atlantic Ocean to Rio de Janeiro in the Cape to Rio yacht race. The team members include Jonno Ham, Michaela and Ryan Robinson and Emma Clark. The team has been sailing exceptionally well for the past week and a half and took a bold course up north, which saw them making some serious headway over the rest of the fleet. Now the serious racing yachts have started and are on the hunt. Maserati, a 70 foot trimaran, has already over taken the early starters and is blasting towards Rio at 15 knots of boat speed. Folllow the racing on facebook/capetorio2020 and support the 505 teams in the event.
